The Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council and Hormel Foods will host a tour for a group of Japanese pork buyers on Thursday.

The group has been touring southeastern Minnesota businesses and will also visit Bruce Schmoll’s farm near Claremont today at 5:30 p.m.

Minnesota Soybean hosts these tours as a way to maintain important relationships with trade teams, make connections with farmers on a personal level and develop an understanding of modern agriculture.
