AHS class of 1973 to hold reunion

The Austin High School Class of 1973 will hold its 40th reunion Aug. 23 and 24.

On Aug. 23, at the VFW, AHS and Pacelli classmates may gather from 5 p.m. to close. Hors d’oeuvres will be served and the Sena Ehrhardt Band will start at 9 p.m. Cost is $15 at the door.

On Aug. 24, at the Historic Hormel Home: Social hour runs with hors d’oeuvres from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. A buffet dinner starts at 6:45 p.m. with a cash bar available. The cost for the dinner will be $40 per person.

Organizers encourage attendees to make their room reservations early, as the Austin Artwork Festival and Pacelli’s all school reunion will be held the same weekend. Look to for a list of “missing” classmates organizers would like help locating.
