KENYON — The No. 6 seeded Southland softball team had its season come to an end on a 6-0 loss to No. 3 Kenyon-Wanamingo (11-7 overall) in the Section 1A West Division quarterfinals in Kenyon Monday.
The Rebels (3-16 overall) allowed six walks and five runs in the first inning, but hung with the Knights the rest of the way.
Southland managed just three hits in the loss.
