NWS issues flood warning for Mower

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Mower County through 8 a.m. Monday.

At 4:40 a.m., emergency management and law enforcement reported flooding across portions of the county, including Adams, Grand Meadow, LeRoy, Lyle and Rose Creek.

Water has been slowly receding now that the rain has ended, but many roads remain closed. The NWS says travel travel will remain hazardous in many areas throughout the morning.
