The Lyle-Pacelli baseball team swept a doubleheader from Schaeffer Academy (7-7 overall) by scores of 6-4 and 10-0 in six innings in Marcusen Park Saturday.

Kevin Juenger pitched a shutout in the game two win for LP (7-4 overall, 7-1 SEC) and Daniel Bollingberg went 4-for-6 with a double and an RBI on the day.

“Kevin pitched another good game in the second game,” LP head coach Brock Meyer said. “He continues to throw strikes and rely on his defense, which was really good. We made plays when we had to go get out some tough jams. I am proud of the way we played and this is the time of year you need to be playing your best.”
