Diane M. Sorensen, 59, of Rochester, Minn., passed away Saturday evening, May 4, 2013, surrounded by her loving family at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at First Baptist Church, 104 First Ave. NE, Blooming Prairie, MN 55917, with Pastor Matthew Fennell officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home, and at the church one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.

Interment: Interment will be in Blooming Prairie Cemetery.
