Snow to last through Monday morning, cause hazardous roads

The National Weather Service in La Crosse, Wis., is reporting visibility of a mile or less as snow continues to fall in southeast Minnesota. The snowfall is expected to reach rates of an inch an hour, and could total four to nine inches in the Austin area by 7 a.m. Monday.
Travel conditions will deteriorate rapidly Sunday night, and NWS recommends drivers plan ahead for dangerous conditions.
