Victim says man, 20, sexually assaulted her

A girl has accused a 20-year-old man of sexually molesting her from 2007 to 2009 in Austin.
Ismael Sanchez Rosas, of Arcadia, Wis., was charged on March 1 with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim younger than 13. The victim said Rosas forced her to have sex with him during that time period.
Rosas denied the charges when speaking to an investigator, according to the criminal court complaint in Mower County. Rosas made his first appearance on Monday but has yet to enter a plea.
He is scheduled for another appearance on March 14.
