RCC’s Aase named all-state

Austin grad and Riverland sophomore Rebekah Aase was named to the MCAC All-State first team recently.
Aase finished with 18.1 points per game for the Blue Devils and she broke an RCC record for rebounds in a season (316) at 12.2 per game.
She led the MCAC in scoring and rebounding, was second in free throw, field goal percentage and blocks and was fourth in steals.
RCC’s Zach Bunch and Andrew Lau were each named to the MCAC All-State first team for men’s basketball.
