ROCHESTER — The Austin boys hockey team lost its seventh straight game when it fell to Rochester Century (5-16 overall, 4-9 Big Nine) on the road Thursday.

The Packers (5-14-1 overall, 2-11 Big Nine) led 2-1 in the second period when they allowed three straight goals and fell behind 4-2.

“We played good, but we just had that one lapse in the second period,” Austin head coach Erik LaRock said. “We’ve had a tough stretch of games all on the road against some tough competition and we’ve competed, which is key.”

Ethan Larson had two goals for Austin, Marcus Stoulil had a goal and an assist and Adam Maxfield and Tony Baudler had one assist.

Rainer Londino-Green had 30 saves for Austin, which had 29 shots.
