BROOKINGS — AJ Reid had a hat trick in the first period, but the Bruins couldn’t hold on as they lost 4-3 at Brookings (24-15-2 overall) Friday.

The Blizzard scored two goals in the second period to tie the game and they netted the game-winner early in the third period.

Jason Pawloski had 30 saves in the loss for Austin (31-7-5 overall).
