A Rochester-based organization has started a new support program for those suffering from post traumatic stress disorder.

The Southeastern Minnesota Center for Independent Living (SEMCIL) is now holding meetings at the Rochester Elks Lodge 7 p.m. on Wednesdays. The Elks Lodge is at 1652 Highway 52 N, Rochester.

The program is for veterans diagnosed with PTSD, or those who have signs and symptoms of PTSD, and their family members.
