ROCHESTER — The Lyle-Pacelli boys basketball team lost its third straight game when it fell 83-75 at Schaeffer Academy (10-7 overall, 7-4 SEC) on the road Tuesday.

The Athletics (8-7 overall, 6-5 SEC) were hit with foul trouble as Skylar Meyer, Jordan Hart and Matt Kasel had to sit the last seven minutes of the first half with three fouls. Meyer, who scored 15 points, eventually fouled out and LP was called for 14 fouls in the second half and 21 total compared to Schaeffer’s total of 14 fouls.

“The kids played hard, but your never gonna win when you’re playing five on seven,” LP head coach Casey Anderson said.
