Longtime Austin resident and native Dan Kubicek has released the third in his series of “Dan Allex” ebook mysteries: “Cedar Breaks.”

“Cedar Breaks” takes place in southern Utah, where an ex-sheriff and his friend stumble upon the corpse of an FBI agent. The characters follow a trail of suspense from Utah to Las Vegas until the ending in Lake Mead.

Kubicek said he hopes to achieve an easy-reading, light mystery with Midwest humor. Kubicek added his books are appropriate for all ages and are also available in print at www.danallex-com1.webs.com.

Kubicek is also gearing up for another release, “Rainy River Wrong.”
