Cops find marijuana left in squad car

A Freeborn County sheriff’s deputy found a small bag of marijuana in the back seat of his patrol car at 6:44 a.m. Sunday. The bag was placed in the evidence room, according to the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office.

Supervisor Chuck Malepsy said the bag was left by a person who had been placed in the back seat but deputies were unsure who that could have been.

    This deputy should be reprimanded for this. They’re supposed to check the seat every time they take someone in !
