Hayfield (1-1 overall) trailed by as many as 16 in the second half, but pulled to within 43-39 with three minutes left in the game before Litchfield hit a big three to put it away.

Hayfield trailed 7-0 to start the game.

“We know we can play better,” Hayfield head coach Chris Pack said. “We didn’t shoot very well and we had too many turnovers, but we played hard.”
