Ann L. Patrick, 81, of rural Grafton, Iowa, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Center, St. Ansgar, Iowa.

Service: Funeral service will be on Monday, December 31, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Lyle, Minnesota, with Rev. Barbara Finley-Shea officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be after 12:30 p.m. at the church prior to the funeral service.

Interment: Burial will be in the Grafton Cemetery, Grafton, Iowa.
