Jhonny Moctezuma Garcia, 23, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession and DWI. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 90 days in jail. Offense date: Oct. 21.

Tara Lee Minnick, 37, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation and 30 days’ electronic home monitoring. Offense date: April 7.

Corey Lyle Rockwell, 42, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 45 days’ electronic home monitoring. Fined $500. Offense date: July 22.

Benjamin Isaiah Waidler Stayton, 23, of Austin. Convicted of malicious punishment of a child. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 80 hours of community service. Offense date: Dec. 31, 2011.

Logan Mark Williams, 23, of Sandusky, Mich. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation and fined $500. Offense date: Nov. 13.

Justin Rieker, 25, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and fined $500. Offense date: June 17.

Brian Jerome Jansen, 42, of Lyle. Convicted of illegal possession of short barreled shotgun (received stay of imposition), and fourth-degree assault of a peace officer. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation. Offense date: July 11.

Travis Michael Schacherer, 23, of Mason City, Iowa. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation and fined $500. Offense date: July 7.

Joseph Aaron Skalicky, 18, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 80 hours of community service. Offense date: March 27.

Arlo Paul Warnke, 46, of Harmony. Convicted of check forgery. Sentenced to 10 years’ supervised probation and fined $500. Offense date: Aug. 5, 2011.
