7. When the Grand Meadow Superlarks began the season the whole town knew there was something special coming. By the end of the season, the Superlarks proved it by earning a shot at the Minnesota State Nine Man championship. The town didn’t let them go without a show of support. Unknown to the team, it lined County Road 8 leading north out of town with vehicles of all sizes for nearly three miles. Even though they lost to Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley, the town let them know they were winners.
