The Mower County Humane Society would like to thank Double K Specialty for the great fundraiser done on our behalf during the month of October.

MCHS was the recipient of donations from 100 percent of the sales of pumpkins and from special promotions done by Double K Specialty during the week of Halloween. We had a great time on Sat, Oct. 29 with the pet costume contest with Grace Gravelle and Emma Nelson in charge of photos (check them out on the MCHS Facebook page). Thank you to judges John Wright, Dan Conradt and Jay Lutz. Also thanks for the opportunity to have a pet “Meet and Greet” at Double K Specialty on Oct. 29. It was a great success!
