Consignment store to open in Grand MeadowPublished 8:18am Thursday, November 1, 2012
There’s a new consignment store coming to Grand Meadow.
Starting today, Dan and Ronaele Hoffman will open “Meadow Country Crafts and Gifts,” a craft and consignment boutique in suites 105 and 107 of the Grand Meadow Business Center, at 209 Second Ave. NE. The boutique will hold a 2012 Holiday Show, which starts today, and goes from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. every Thursday through Sunday during the first three weeks in November.
The consignment will sell craft and boutique items.
“Meadow Country Crafts and Gifts offers a new opportunity for crafters to market their merchandise and a new destination for shoppers,” said Ronaele Hoffman. “And the location is great, with easy access in the middle of Grand Meadow and all crafters under one roof.”
One goal for “Meadow Country Crafts” is to provide a seasonal market for local arts and crafts. Ronaele said they rely on vendors to fill their shelves.
The Grand Meadow Business Center is two blocks south of Minnesota State Highway 16. The building also houses a fitness center, massage therapist, food shelf, chiropractor, consulting firm and a model railroad club.
