Published 3:32pm Wednesday, November 21, 2012

Enjoy the Thanksgiving weather while you can, because things will get chilly by the end of the week.

Austin residents can expect a high of 60 degrees and plenty of sun on Thursday, but the temperature will drop to 23 Thursday night and stay at a high of 30 degrees on Friday, according to the National Weather Service. In addition, there could be flurries after 3 a.m. Friday before clearing up.

Saturday should be mostly sunny with a high of 33, and Sunday is expected to be partly sunny with a high of 38.
