ADAMS — The Southland football team had five turnovers as it lost 38-6 to Caledonia (7-0 overall) in Adams Friday.

The Rebels (3-4 overall) had 201 yards rushing, but couldn’t finish their drives.

“We were moving the ball against them, but every mistake we made they capitalized on,” Southland head coach Shawn Kennedy said.

Southland played the game with quite a few players nursing injuries, as it has been all season.

“We haven’t had a completely healthy team all season,” Kennedy said. “I’ve never seen anything like it.”
