Randal J. “Randy” Baley, 57, of Austin, Minn., died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, in Lyle, Minn.

Randal was born Oct. 2, 1955, in Austin to Archie and Mildred (Mayzlik) Baley. A lifelong Austin resident, Randal attended Austin Public Schools and graduated from Austin High School in 1974. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. In recent years, Randal was a caretaker for his mother and father.

Survivors include his mother: Mildred Baley of Austin; sister: Mary Jane Miller of Portland, Ore.; brother, Verne (Katherine) Baley of Anoka, Minn.; two nieces: Danielle Baley and Mariela Miller; one nephew, Aaron Baley; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Archie in March 2012 and brother-in-law William Miller.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at Grace Lutheran Church in Austin with Pastor Jeffrey Forbes officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin and one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery.
