Superlarks fall to Lewiston-Altura in five

GRAND MEADOW — The Grand Meadow volleyball team lost a tough five-game to Lewiston-Altura (2-5 overall) match by scores of 22-25, 25-12, 25-12, 19-25, 15-13 in GM Monday.

The Superlarks (3-2 overall) showed a lot of fight after losing the second and third games by 13 points each.

“We came out firing in game one, but we lost our energy in games two and three,” GM head coach Michael Keefe said. “We fought back in the last two games and played hard. We showed a lot of growth as a team.”
