LANESBORO — The Lyle-Pacelli volleyball team swept Lanesboro (1-5 overall, 1-4 SEC) by scores of 25-13, 25-19, 25-15 on the road Thursday.

Sarah Holtz had seven kills for the Athletics (3-6 overall, 2-2 SEC), Madison Truckenmiller had six kills and Alena Kritzer had six digs and six set assists.

“Alena did a really good job of filling the gaps in the back row and our defense really stepped up tonight,” LP head coach Lindsay Leif said.
