BLOOMING PRAIRIE — The Blooming Prairie volleyball team opened its season with a four-game win over Medford (0-2 overall) by scores of 25-23, 21-25, 25-12, 25-22 in BP Tuesday.

BP (1-0 overall) trailed the first game 7-0, but rallied back to win that contest.

“We think our physical lapses came with mental lapses and we need to continue to work on our focus and mental toughness,” BP head coach Gina McLaughlin said. “Medford gave us a very good test tonight and helped us locate some key points to work on at practice in order to improve.”
