Cory Lee Cassidy, 28, of Austin. Convicted for violating terms as predatory offender. Sentenced to 24 months in prison. Offense date: March 10, 2011.

Hector Alanzo Estrada, 32, of Austin. Convicted of domestic assault — subsequent violation and interfering with a 911 call. Sentenced to 180 days in jail. Offense date: April 8.

Robert Carl Goodew, 20, of Blooming Prairie. Convicted for violating terms as a predatory offender. Sentenced to 14 months in prison. Offense date: Nov. 18, 2011.

James Paul Hutchinson, 30, of Austin. Convicted of storing meth in presence of a child or vulnerable adult. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 80 hours of community service. Offense date: April 3.

Michael Anthony Pittman, 48, of Austin. Convicted of DWI and giving officer a false name and third-degree damage to property. Sentenced to nine months in jail. Fined $575. Offense dates: March 3, 2011, and May 29, 2012.

Wesley Robert Koball, 18, of Grand Meadow. Convicted of third-degree burglary. Sentenced to five years’ probation, 40 hours of community service and fined $9.55.

Trent Eric Murphy, 40, of Lyle. Convicted of criminal vehicular homicide or operation. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and must pay $1,000 per month until victim’s medical bills are paid. Offense date: July 3, 2011.

Chelsie Olivia Oswell, 23, of Mazeppa. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 80 hours of community service and received stay of adjudication. Offense date: April 27.

Erik Matthew Young, 39, of Rochester. Convicted of theft. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation. Fined $500 and must pay $5,610 in restitution. Offense date: March 1, 2011.
