The Mower County Humane Society thanks all who supported our annual pasta dinner and auction Feb. 19 at the Holiday Inn. We cleared $6,700 to be used for operating expenses in 2012. Special collection jars for our building fund brought in an additional $1,650 which will be matched.

Special thanks to the 50 volunteers who made this event a success. A big thank you goes out to our local area businesses who support our community with their contributions — remember to shop here and support them first; they give back to Mower County.
