—Trevor Robert Bakken, 22, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Fined $610. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation and 30 days electronic home monitoring. Dismissed charge: DWI. Offense date: June 25, 2011.

—Angeline Marie Bartholmey, 29, of Austin. Convicted of financial transaction card fraud. Fined $85. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation. Offense date: Oct. 11, 2011.

—Jesse Coy Brady, 32, of Austin. Convicted of domestic assault and fifth-degree drug possession. Fined $85. Sentenced to 365 days in jail stayed for two years supervised probation and five years probation, respectively. Dismissed charges: Domestic assault, terroristic threats, domestic assault by strangulation and storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult. Offense dates: July 15 and July 7, respectively.

—Aruan Enrique Campa, 26, of Hartland. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 15 months in prison. Dismissed charges: Possessing more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle and driving after cancellation. Offense date: March 2, 2010.

—Roger Lee Grigsby, 27, of Austin. Convicted of third-degree DWI. Fined $610. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation and 30 days electronic home monitoring. Dismissed charges: Third-degree DWI and driving without a valid license. Offense date: June 11, 2011.

—Fernando Lopez, 18, of Austin. Convicted of aggravated forgery. Sentenced to one year and one day in prison stayed for 10 years supervised probation. Could be deported. Dismissed charge: Forgery. Offense date: Aug. 10, 2011.

—Justin Charles Peters, 24, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession and harassment — violating a restraining order. Fined $85. Sentenced to five years probation. Dismissed charges: Fifth-degree drug sales with no renumeration and possession of drug paraphernalia. Offense date: Sept. 19, 2011.

—Raymundo Veraza, 33, of Austin. Convicted of driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety. Sentenced to 180 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation. Offense date: July 6, 2011.

—Scott Charles Voogd, 24, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Fined $610. Sentenced to 365 days in jail stayed for one year supervised probation, 40 hours community work service and 30 days electronic home monitoring. Dismissed charge: DWI. Offense date: July 22, 2011.

—Lesly Lamont Wadley, 35, of Austin. Convicted of domestic assault. Fined $85. Sentenced to 365 days in jail stayed for two years supervised probation and 50 hours community work service. Offense date: July 9, 2011.

—Rebecca Helen Charlson, 35, of Rose Creek. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to 13 months in prison. Dismissed charges: DWI, refusing to submit to chemical test and driving after revocation. Offense date: Aug. 7, 2011.

—Leah Marie Nielsen, 40, of Ostrander. Convicted of issuing a dishonored check. Sentenced to 180 days in jail. Must pay about $375 in restitution. Dismissed charge: Driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety. Offense date: July 28, 2010.
