Dixie Gilbertson of Austin joined thousands of Mary Kay independent beauty consultants from around the country and world at the company’s annual seminar held in Dallas from July 21 to Aug. 6.

Mary Kay Inc.’s annual Seminar is a business conference held each year in Dallas.

Gilbertson began her Mary Kay business in 1989 and is currently an independent senior sales director. At the seminar, Gilbertson was recognized for the $300,000 Circle of Achievement Award.
