Jennifer Nice, daughter of Bill Nice and Monica Renteria, of Omaha, Neb., and Gary Berney, and Kory Haney, son of Deb and Bob Kolb and Gary and Dawn Haney of Austin, proudly announce their engagement.

Jennifer attended Plattsmouth High School and received her bachelor’s degree in Human Services-Counseling from Bellevue University. She is the HPRP director at the Salvation Army.

Kory is an Austin High School graduate and a St. Cloud Technical College graduate with an automotive service tech major. He is an operator at the city of Ponca water treatment plant.

Proud grandparents include John and Dorthy Nice of Omaha, Anthony and Connie Renteria of Council Bluffs, Vern and Irene Bulson of Austin and Arnold and Jo Haney of Fairfax, Okla.

Jennifer and Kory will wed September 3, 2011, in Ponca City, Okla. They will reside in Blackwell, Okla.
