James E. and Cynthia A. Corbly of Austin, Minn., announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Marie Corbly, to Samuel Paul Handschke, the son of Mark M. and Rosalind A. Handschke of Slinger, Wis.involves

The couple will be married Aug. 13, 2011, at Luther Memorial Chapel in Shorewood, Wis.

Ms. Corbly earned a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon, where she majored in biology and minored in chemistry. She works in the laboratory of Aurora Medical Center, West Allis, Wis.

Mr. Handschke, a graduate of Michigan Technological University of Houghton, majored in mechanical engeneering. He is employed by General Electric in Wauwatosa, Wis.

Following their marriage, the couple will reside in Waukesha, Wis.
