An FSIS investigation linked the illnesses with Jennie-O Turkey Burgers and multiple patients reported eating the products before becoming sick.

Hormel is recalling 4-pound boxes of Jennie-O’s “All Natural Lean White Meat” turkey burgers bought at Sam’s Club stores. The recalled burgers have a use-by-date of Dec. 23, 2011, and include identifying codes of 32710 through 32780. The boxes contain a dozen individually wrapped burgers.

The turkey burgers can be returned to Sam’s Club for a full refund, according to www.hormelfoodsproductrecall.com.
