Andrea Lynn Nelson, daughter of Micheal and Vicky Arndt and Bill Nelson of Austin, and Michael Stanley Farr, son of Bob and Debbie Farr Blooming Prairie, were united in marriage Sept. 18, 2010. The ceremony was performed by Pastor Heidi Heimgartner at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie.

Matron of Honor was Patti Clarke, aunt of the bride; bridesmaids were Jennifer Rysavy, Tesa Horstmann, Nicole Farr, JoAnne Hunter, and Junior bridesmaid was Lila Carlson. The flower girl was Ella Farr.

Personal Attendants were Mindy Bawek and Brenda Finley. Best Man was Brian Farr, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jared Smith, Dustin Doocey, Kraig Strand, Jamey Andersen, and Junior groomsman was the bride’s son, Riley Nelson. The ring bearer was Braden Farr. David Long, Glenn Valek, Alex Andersen, Adam Andersen and Brody Carlson served as ushers.

The reception and dance were held at St. Edwards Corcoran center in Austin.

Andrea graduated in 1996 from Hayfield High School and is currently employed at Hormel Foods Corporate Office.

Michael is a 2000 graduate of Blooming Prairie High School and is employed by Geneva Meats.

The couple reside in Austin.
