Nels Nelson didn’t allow a run or a walk in six innings of work, while giving up three hits and striking out seven.
“Nels challenged them with his fast ball and he was agressive,” Blue Sox manager Josh Kunze said. “He didn’t waste pitches.”
Austin is now 16-4 overall and will play at Waseca Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
